Travelling Arrangements
This is probably one of the hottest issues that trouble anyone that is planning to attend the 2009 L5R European Championsips, given the fact that the usual “last-minute” central european solution of finding a victim, lots of coffee and driving for 16 hours in a cramped car doesn’t really apply to sunny Greece.
Most likely you’ll have to fly, unless you plan on driving to Italy and hitching a pretty long ferry ride from there (which might turn up to be considerably more expensive than flying, unless you’re a die hard Mantis and feel that you can sleep on the top deck). As we’ve stated on the AEG Boards, it might be too early to book a decent flight, as most bargain deals for September 09 pop around march-april of the same year. So don’t be scared if you see massive prices for tickets right about now.
From our part, we’ll do our best to update with any sweet deals we find or hear about. The sooner, the better.
